Terms and Conditions

• To become partner of Photostat you have to download the application and fill the information.
• If you have camera and any equipment fill that information too.
• You must have camera kit laptop and bike.
• If you have small thermal 4*6 printer then use that too.
• Information filled by you will be verified after that only you can become partner of Photostat,if any information is incorrect you will be removed as a partner of Photostat.
• The amount deposit by you for the first time will be non-refundable.
• If you get any online order and the payment is done online in your account the amount received will be deducted as per company percentage and rest of the money will be credit in your account.
• If any technical cause comes at time of order the partner won't get extra payment.
• After completing on order if customer did not do,the payment at that time company will found out.
• The issue realted to payment if company finds that the partner did not find guilty then company will take all responsibility of the payment only sloving the issue.
• If a customer order and confirms but cancel at the monment the company won't take the responsibilit.
• If customer dose the paymet in cash the partner has given the percentage in the company account.
• If partner does not maintain the depostite the impact will be seen on the order.
• If your deposit amount goes in negative you will be blacklisted.
• Company will decide all the payment packages and partner can't interese in that Company can decrease or increase the percentage.
• GST service charges in billing invoice will be paid by both company and partner.
• Any partner who wants to create their portfolio their should be no water mark in their photos and videos.
• Ever partner will be provided with user id by the company.
• Company does not promote the partner by their names.
• The order register to the partner has to go on other partner can go on his or her order. if company finds such thing action will be taken against them.
• The company will not be responsible if any camera or equipment is stolen or scratched during the order.
• Photostat partner is required to wear the company t-shirt and id card in every order.
